Everyone is so focused on how much work is getting seen, but they don't necessarily know how to measure the work that is helping them to get seen. The Active Communications Index is a new, very simple tool that I'm building out for you as a business owner to track how much work you're doing or how much work your team is doing. Are you a follower? Are you an opportunist? Are you an influencer? Are you unnoticed? Very simply how much content is being created, the frequency of distribution, and the number of channels that it could be seen it.
