Paul Turner

Director Co-Founder - FT Chronic Pain Solicitors
Paul has practiced in personal injury litigation since 1999, working within the insurance industry before moving over to the legal profession in 2003. With over 20 years of practice experience, he has gained a wealth of practical knowledge acting for Claimants and Defendants in road traffic collisions, accidents at work, Highways claims for and against local authorities and Industrial disease matters. Paul is a skilled communicator and negotiator and has a proven track record of taking on major blue-chip corporations and winning huge damages for his clients. He is certainly not afraid to fight for the best outcomes for his clients. "I am firstly a husband to an amazing wife and father to two talented confident beautiful teenage daughters. I try not to take life too seriously, because in my professional life I see first-hand how things can change in a heartbeat. I am one of the founding partners of FT Chronic Pain Solicitors. We represent victims of all manner of accidents, from RTAs to industrial accidents. We specialise in acting for clients suffering with debilitating chronic pain conditions and in particular CRPS and fibromyalgia. I have over 20 years of experience in acting for people with a wide range of complex orthopaedic injuries. My experience extends to both Claimant and Defendant work, so, I can give a perspective on both sides of the argument, something not many personal injury lawyers have. Working for large practices has always left me feeling like I had to compromise client care in favour of targets, and I became frustrated having meetings for no good reason. My passion has always centred around helping people to find the best version of themselves after life changing injuries. Helping my clients to access specialist treatment, adaptations to their homes, aids and equipment, financial freedom and future care are just some of the things I can help to achieve. I now feel I can truly offer the degree of client care I have always longed to and our service at FT Chronic Pain Solicitors is second to none."
