The pursuit of his Olympic dream paved the way in outlining the career that I strive to develop every day - MindLock Mental Training. As a former Canadian National Team Captain and Top-40 world ranked taekwondo fighter, I have been fortunate to experience athletics at the highest levels. The pursuit of my Olympic dream paved the way in outlining the career that I strive to develop every day - MindLock Mental Training.

Through the process of training, competing, and travelling across the globe, I have been able to meet a wide range of high-performance athletes and learn about what makes each one of them special. My goal as a mental performance coach is to unlock athletes greatest potentials through personalized treatment and sport-specific exercises. Achievement follows awareness, and a successful athlete is one that has complete control over the operator of the body - the mind.

MindLock works with athletes at the amateur and professional level to incubate growth and self-development through emotional awareness. We currently work with athletes in organizations such as the UFC, Bellator, CFL, and NCAA and are always eager to expand.

In a world filled with an abundance of adversity, lock-in, and train your brain with MindLock!
