Human's aren't perfect, we forget things like appointments, and with so many emails and messaging chats it's easy to do, but for £0.028 (charges vary according to provider and gateways) we can jog everyone's memory with a simple text reminder. I am trying out Twilio (http://www.twilio.com) and recently discovered Clicksend (http://www.clicksend.com) . I share my experiences of integrating with ZOHO Bookings, and can't hide my excitement when I send myself a message within 5 minutes of logging it. If it's that simple, I can be human and still manage SMS reminders.
