The Telecom industry is worth over US$1 trillion (https://www.grandviewresearch.com/industry-analysis/global-telecom-services-market) and yet there are only 4-5 podcasts which serve the industry out of the 4 m or so podcasts; and this is just one vertical industry which is unserved by this new and emerging content category. Podcasts are such an effective way to build a personality for a company, and to host conversations within an industry, and create content for other platforms including Linkedin, Medium etc. Most podcasts in the telco space have been started but not been continued, suffering podcast fade. I'm researching telco for a client, but outside the obvious industries e.g. auto, tech, the podcast community is just waiting for more B2B content. I share considerations before starting and options to avoid podcast fade.
